They sent the wrong item!!!

They sent me the wrong scarf! Why can’t they be more careful? I had to keep the scarf, because I had no time to return it.

What is wrong with the shipping team?

They went the wrong item!!! I was expecting a brown scarf and received a completely different item! Terrible experience.
