Shipping issues

I purchased this item on Wednesday March 26th and paid for express shipping were I expected to receive by Friday March 28th. The expected delivery date is now Monday March 31st. I'm also upset because I ordered this item twice. I ordered the item the first time and discovered that I used the wrong shipping address. I ordered this item well before it was processed and was told that I could not change the address nor could I cancel the order until it was delivered. They told me to wait and say that I didn't receive said item and then they would refund my money. So in the meantime I went on and ordered the item again, this time using the correct shipping address electing to pay more for shipping so I could get my item in time for Sunday which is our churches anniversary. The item that I paid less money on shipping was delivered to the wrong address and now I don't have what I purchased and am out double of what I intended to pay.

Be aware of your purchase this hat, you might get the beige hat with navy blue logo. Very disappointing.
