Order Canceled

I ordered an item from Macy's at a great price and was looking forward to receiving it. After waiting for more than a week, I was disappointed to receive a notice that my order was canceled. While I appreciate a timely refund, I was really looking forward to the product and feel let down by this experience. I hope Macy's can ensure better fulfillment in the future, especially for long-time loyal customers.

Size was a surprise

Liked the color combination, bought my regular size L, but didn’t realize this fit was so much smaller all around. It is much shorter in the arms and by about 6 inches in the actual shirt length than any of my other shirts. Ended up perfect for my wife to wear as Slightly oversized shirt.
