Low tricks that I didn’t expect from Macys

I made my online purchase of this POLO RALPH LAURENT OXFORT WHITE and they sent me a VAN HEUSEN With the scan tag as if it were the Polo Ralph Lauren that I had ordered. This is a serious lack of respect for the consumer I would like to add photos but I don’t see how to add them

The shirt came extremely wrinkled and with the cuff sleeves rolled, like it has been worn before. I ordered striped shirt and I received plad shirt.

I got two for birthday gifts for family. I haven't given them out yet but I liked the color and the feel of the shirts! Since they haven't been opened yet therefore, I am only giving it a 4 stars but I've always bought RL shirts for the guys so this wouldn't be any diferent!!

Ralph Lauren Shirt

The wrong pattern was received. I ordered the navy/white strips and I received the plad one. Ot came wrinkled stuffed in a small bag. The sleeves were rolled as someone else tried it or had worn it before. Disappointed in Macy's quality and the price of the shirt!

Very Dissappointed

I have ordered from Macy's for many years and for the most part, have been very pleased with the delivery. However, this last time makes me never want to order anything from Macy's again. I ordered to long sleeve Ralph Lauren button downed shirts. The condition they arrived in was deplorable. Both shirts were just balled up, wrinkled and stuffed into a small plastic bag. This was totally unacceptabIe. have never experienced this poor service ever in my life. Needless to say I will be returning the shirts and may never shop at Macy's again. No wonder Macy is losing customers everyday! Would be zero stars if it was allowed!
