Five star service

So I ordered this item and I was very excited to receive it. It was supposed to be delivered through USPS. The post person marked my item as it was delivered, but I never received it. I called customer service. I told them about the issue I was having they resolved it by sending a new item out and it was delivered by UPS and I received it in about two days from the order date I just want to come in Macy’s for your outstanding service and you know just helping me receive my item. They made me feel like a valued customer. That’s why I will always and forever shop With them.
