defective and/or wrong labeling

The shirt is way too big. I ordered an extra large and if it’s like a dress, but I expected it to fit me just right I don’t understand why that is but I wish I could return it.!!!! I’ve never had a panic or quality from Macy’s or Ralph Lauren fit quite like this did!!!
