bad fabric quality

I bought these shoes this summer. It's quite comfortable to wear. I'm disappointed in the quality of this shoe. At the end of summer, I decided to clean them with water and a brush (I didn’t even use soap), and white spots appeared. I'm so sad about it that it means I can't wear it anymore.

perfect fit!

I was going off the old reviews order a size down! but when I order a 11 1/2, I couldn't get my feet inside of the shoe. so I took them back in order a 12, the 12 was a match made in Heaven!
