Reference MGR MO 10694521 Town Center Mall 3 30 25

My Daughter bought a Polo like this from Macy's in Kennesaw GA at Town Center Mall for me for Christmas. I unwrapped my gift on Christmas only to find the Ink from the tampering mechanism for theft was apparently ripped off and stained the shirt. No receipt. Whoever checked her out completely missed it. We order several products from Macys. We have always shopped here so obviously we were dissapointed and she lived out of town. When I tried to return it the first time we were told it was in the system as sold there but without the card which it was paid for they couldn't do anything. So we had our daughter finally come into town from NC she brought the card. We have never been so insulted in all our lives. The Manager made comments insinuating we or worse, my daughter stole this shirt for me for Christmas? I was already frustrated being my second trip, now being accused of stealing. On way out he laughed. My daughters told me. I had already left. Never to return.
