Say no to Macy’s

This is not the 1st time I’ve had an issue ordering from Macy’s. I only selected 1 star because 0 wasn’t an option. I never received the item. No update in tracking info since the date it was ordered on 7/7. I contacted customer service to see if they could rush another item because I needed for a trip & was told no because they had started the refund process but I would have to wait 14 days for their investigation to be done to see what happened with item. Today is 7/29 and still no update nor has item been received. I received an email this morning asking for “thoughts on what you bought,” so here you go.
