Too Big Too Small Not Right

I can’t understand why Ralph Lauren sizing varies so much. We have 6’7” guys here and normally an 2xl works but this one was marked wrong because this 2xl tall was like a 4xl tall. This is consistent with Ralph Lauren recently. I washed the shirt before checking so I’m $~200 down the tube.
