Right Fit

I’ve purchased several times Big & Tall briefs and I’m very satisfied with the length of the side panel and fit. The regular brief doesn’t offer the length for taller and big guys. This is the product that I used to be able to purchase in a regular size. They changed the cut and now is only offered in Big & Tall brief. I also purchase when a promo is available.

Broken Promises and Discounts

When I ordered this product, I had a discount from a previous purchase on my next order which was not actioned by Macy's. I contacted their Customer Services email address and received a "No Reply" message to the following message : "Thank you ! Please apply my 25% discount to this order : code Z8C87Q9HX9F6 from my last purchase as this discount code expires tomorrow. Regards, Mike" This discount has since expired and so has my business relationship with Macy's.
