Terrible

Macy’s done got terrible especially with online orders and then they still don’t get your order right get mad when you call about your order you didn’t receive and restrict you from ordering online that’s very insane too me……First off how they know I’m able to go into a store meaning walking period just rude and most time don’t even understand what they are saying too you…..Just go to Dillards
