kid socks size 9-11 fits shoe size 4-10.5

Nice socks! I ordered these socks according to the size chart on Macy’s website and it’s not accurate, size 9-11 is not for 9-11years old. It’s too big for my 10yo who wears size 3 shoes. The socks I bought are size 9-11 which fits shoe size 4-10.5
