I received the boots I ordered today. Suppose to be size 11. But the right boot is an 11 and the left is a 10.

I ordered boots for my son on Dec 1, they have told me that I will get them on Dec 12th. When I checked, they weren't even shipped yet. I talked to customer service they told me it would be delivered12/30/9999?.Will never trust or order from Macy's website

Ok shoe but not for me and my needs

The sole of the shoe, unsold me. The sole seem too thin for the cold. It was just thick rubber with a thin fuxe fur lining. I was not convinced they would keep me warm enough while I sat mostly still in the cold. Traded it in. The shoe, as a whole, seemed to be way cheap material. I returned to Macy's.
