Wrong item, misleading picture. Received the kingdra box instead

Other occasion to buy:I ordered 2 Greninja ex boxes but was sent 2 Kingdra ex instead. Pretty upsetting.

Misleading

I just picked up my package less then two hours ago and as soon as I opened my package its not what I was displayed. The pack was opened and resealed and the booster packs were opened and the cards we're replaced. The Kindra was replaced with a Seadra.

Nice cards but wrong items

Shrouded Fable has some nice cards in it. Really wanted the Greninja EX promo but will have to settle for the Kingdra promo instead. Ordered two Greninja EX boxes of Shrouded Fable, received two Kingdra EX boxes, instead. Went ahead and opened them because I don't have time to wait on a return and for the items to come back in stock, whenever that may be. Saw two listings, one said Kingdra, other said Greninja, made sure to order the right one. Oh well.

Wrong item

Waiting for a reply back from Macy's support to rectify the wrong set send. They need to refund those that were sent the wrong set(Kingdra) from a faulty site listing without a hassle.

Arrived on time but surprised with the boxes

Arrived in a timely manner but was surprised that one of the two I ordered was the Kingdra box! I had purchased 2 since it was listed as only Greninja, one to keep and one to open but was surprised to get one of each. But just be careful if you were only going for Greninja!
