Poor quality

I purchased the same chairs from a furniture company 3yrs ago and need 1 more but they didn't stock anymore. I finally found them at Macy's and purchased 2. They are reasonably priced as well for 2 chairs. When I received them both legs are bent and looks as if they were welded incorrectly. The other chair is wobbly and I can't fix that one either. I kept the chairs but happy I don't need more because I wouldn't order again
