Stopped Working After Two Times Playing

Received for Christmas- was fun, but the third time we brought it out of the box the drone stopped lifting from the launch pad. Customer service said they couldn't do anything about it unless we should proof of purchase, which we don't have because it was a gift. I feel bad someone wasted their money on this.

Broken after 2 days

Got this for Xmas for kids and only lasted 2 days then drone would not take off very frustrating as game is good but poor quality looks like most people had the same issue. Please advise how to get replacement or money back

Fell apart in 30 seconds

I bought this yesterday and the usb cable fell out. I un-screwed it to re-attach it and the entire thing fell apart.

drone hits the ceiling

The drone hits the ceiling every time unless you grab it on the way up. Otherwise a fun game.

VERY FUN

The game is very exciting. We have a 5 year old and a 2.5 year old, they both love playing it. Between my wife, the kids and I, it gets pretty competitive. We have a blast. The only down side is, if you let it just "fly" back down make sure someone can grab it before it hits. The very first time we did this our top portion of the wing broke and i had to superglue it back together. Once we figured this out, we haven't had a problem until the littlest one decided to accidentally sit on the wing and broke the circle pieces. I have put a request in already for parts. Other than that, it is a very fun and interactive game for the kids.

Broken after few plays..

Propellers on the drone was broken after few plays. Kids are very disappointed as it was very fun while working. I tried to reach manufacturer but they can't help me as I am in Canada. Very disappointed overall.
