A Must Have

“Plantifully Lean” makes plant based meals, snacks and sauces easy, affordable and delicious to make. I have had this book a little less than a week. I look forward to making something from this recipe book. I’m head over heals for the Eggless “egg salad”. The cheese sauce is out of this world good and “cheesy” rich (heat up nicely as well). No more boring salads! This book is a must in the kitchen.

Great Cookbook

This is a plant based cookbook for everyone. I also own the self published book, but wanted the update one (even though she will give you the changes for free on her website). Food is delicious- she also on her website had a cookbook for kids - Her you tubes are awesome

For some worth looking at before you buy

If you have Kiki’s first book Plantiful Lean this book is the exact same book just with a different format and two more weeks of menus so not worth the money for sure but if you don’t have any of Kiki’s books this is a great book/tool to have in your kitchen. Her recipes are really good and pretty easy. Her guidance into losing weight and getting healthy are very good. Therefore the reason for the 5 star rating.
