Returns

The people who assisted me were great. However, I have shopped at Macy for 30 years and have seen many changes. The store seemed crowded with merchandise. It was hard to locate the department I needed. When I was ready to check out, I could not locate a check out. A young lady who was stocking helped me find one. She was very helpful as was the Lady at check out. Employees were great. The look of the store was not. The product was ok.
