The bag is as big as expected but quality was bad

NICE DUFFEL, BUT THOSE WHEELS.. NOT!

Ordered JEEP duffel on 2/1/22; rcvd 2/7/22.. so quite satisfied with delivery time. I was quite pleased with the sturdiness & color of the bag, however a little apprehensive about the size. I had purchased for a 10 day trip to UAE, and expected to pack a great deal of items.. Luckily everything fit, with room to spare. With that being said, I've used my duffel at least 3 times since purchasing. Lo & behold, I've discovered that the wheel area isn't as durable as expected. One of the wheels 'caves in', causing it to drag, therefore damaging the material: scoffs & tearing. This occurs whether the bag's lightly packed for a short trip, or overweight for a longer trip. As for the rest of the bag, all is intact, except the wheel area.. Really liked, because it complements my JEEP, however, I'm looking into purchasing an Upright luggage set.
