Awful experience, Macy’s is a sham

Awful experience. Did not receive item even though I was charged for it. Spent an hour on the phone with customer service with only a statement that they would review my request for a refund. Which they never responded to. Had to go through my credit card to cancel which is another 90 day process. I will never buy anything from Macy’s again!

Best Gift for FNAF Fans

My son and nephew both were so excited they received this pillow. They said they love that it turns into a pillow and plushie. They are HUGE FNAF fans- so this was a huge hit.

Awesome Gift

Very nice. Came just as expected. I bought as a Christmas gift. My only gripe is that the name of the product was written in bold on every side of the packaging which almost gave it away as a gift. Luckily, the person didn’t see it before I did. It came quick though and is very cute.
