Horrible Macys did NOT refund it on Dec.13

On Dec.13, I reported online service, 11/22 delivery missed one Pillow Guy Down-Top Featherbed Mattress Topper with 100% RDS... white Queen size. The representative refunded one Pillow Guy - Pillow Guy White Goose Down Full/Queen Comforter. I told he refunded wrong item. After consulted a specialist for assistance, he told me that he must charge another queen size comfort for cancelling his earlier mistaken refund. Then without any email notification, he charged my Macy’s credit card for one Pillow Guy White Goose Down Full/Queen Comforter queen size and the transaction was approved on Dec 16. As matter of fact Macy’s didn’t refund this queen comforter. But days late from both my Macy’s online account and credit card transaction history Macy’s refunded me a queen size comfort on Dec. 13. After Macy’s received two queen comforters back on 12/20/24. I only received one comforter refunded despite many phone calls to explain the issue.

no fluff

so, originally when I bought it, I was excited. For the price I thought it was going to be quality. I am wrong. I have had it for a year, it’s a shame that after the first wash the fluff disappeared. it’s super thin! I think it was a mistake buying this with only goose down. in the dryer I put tennis balls so it drys properly but it doesn’t!

Not Impressed

With 700 fill and 400 TC I was expecting a lot more. This is very thin as other reviewers mentioned so I returned it. I thought the price was amazing when comparing stats to another company offering similar. You get what you pay for is certainly true with this one. Sad, I really wanted this to work. Shipping was fast, returns are easy so I gave it two stars.

great comforter aside from one issue

The item’s quality and softness are beyond expectations, however the one downside of this comforter and the reason for its 4 starts, is that it does not have the loops at every corner in order to tie down a duvet cover. If the comforter had that these it would be perfect!

I've had this comforter for a few weeks, and it's by far the most comfortable comforter I've owned. I love it!
