Perfect Birthday Gift just sadly did not receive 2

Purchased has a birthday gift and the birthday girl loved it and said it smells amazing and feels so good! This purchase made me a happy gift giver. The only reason I gave 3 stars is because I purchased 3 and only received 1 and Macy’s customer service would not honor my request to ship me 2 at the sale price from my initial purchases. The rep told me I could only do this in store but the rep at the store said they could not because they have no in-store customer service because that location is closing. Has a regular Macy’s customer this was ridiculous and sadly I did not get the other two. So be careful when ordering this item.
