Worst Experience EVER!!

I purchased items from Macy's online on Feb 17. I paid for 1-2 day shipping. On March 5, Almost 3 weeks later, I was informed that my order has been delivered. I don't have any items from the order. The order was shipped to the other side of the country! Wow I am beyond disappointed! This is an outrage! Now Macy's is asking for a review on items I have not received. I wish I could give zero stars!
