Good products but not this one

I got this on the internet for macys.com. thought it was new open it up it looked like it brand new but it was used food stuck to the mixer

Great purchase

We love it. Our 30 year old pasta maker broke so we needed another. Simple to use and great pasta. Wish they had more choices for different types of pasta though
