Belt packaged incorrectly

I ordered a size 36 belt twice and received a size 38 belt inside a package labeled size 36. So I had to return this belt twice in less than 10 days due to getting the incorrect size.

I thought this belt wouldn't crack like leather!

I thought I'd found the answer to belts that develop cracks and deterioration. PGA Tour brand has always had trusted quality on everything they sell. After a month I saw that the belt hole I used for the best fit was splitting and the whole belt was going to crack in half and fail. I had to return it, and bought another traditional men's belt at the store.
