Nice quality set with substandard packaging

I love the set and the fact that it is offered in a smaller place setting that being for 4. The cups were damaged with chips along the top and broken handles. Customer service picked up immediately and rectified the problem with a refund and subsequent replacement. That being said, the merchandise has to be packed and packaged much better. A shipment from CA to NJ is bound to be bounced around a bit!

Nice looking set - good price. Bought for my daughter for Christmas but 1 mug didn’t survive the shipping. Not worth the return.

These plates are so pretty and such great quality. My last set of Pfaltzgraff lasted is 22yrs.

Love this set!

I've had this set for about a year and a half. I have had no problems whatsoever with chips or cracks. Every piece has held up extremely well and looks like it did the day I bought the set. Such a cute yet subtle pattern, and perfect for anyone who loves the bee theme. The only downside is there are no additional pieces to add to the dinner set. I see it comes in yellow now...might have to add it to my collection!

Chipped

I love the pattern . Needed to replace an older set of dishes. During the first week of using the dinnerware one of the large plates got a chip. I was taking extra caution while handling but still got a chip. The rest of the dishes are still in good shape. I am sad that I can’t get a replacement plate

LOVELY SET! VERY CHARMING AND ADDS A COTTAGE FEEL TO MY DINING TABLE. I LIKE THE UNIQUENESS OF EACH ITEM. SINCE THEY ARE HAND PAINTED EACH PIECE IS SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT. THESE DISHES ARE STURDY AND READY FOR EVERYDAY USE AND HOLDS UP GREAT IN THE DISHWASHER! SEVERAL ITEMS ARRIVED CHIPPED/BROKEN BUT PFALTZGRAFF REPLACED ENTIRE SET. THESE ARE HEIRLOOM QUAILITY AND HOPE TO USE THEM FOR DECADES TO COME. I RATE THESE 10 STARS!!!

Not sturdy for everyday dinner wear dissatisfied!

I just replaced my Pfaltzgraff set I had for 15 years. When I got them I thought these are very thin not sturdy compared to my original set. One of the plates just broke so upset not from being bumped or dropped just from being set on the counter. I love the look but not satisfied with this set.

I wanted to buy these but the “bumblebees” look like wasps not bees. The bees on the retired Naturewood Serenity pattern actually look like honeybees. How could Pfaltzgraff make such a huge design mistake as this? So disappointed.
