very disappointing

I bought this recliner based on how it was advertised through Macy’s. When I received it, it is not leather. It is vegan leather and trying to get the proper information from Macys and right product delivered has been a nightmare. Dealing with a third-party through Macy’s and being on hold for over an hour as everybody pointed the finger to someone else is not customer service. The way this was handled both by Macy’s and Hululu (3rd party) is unacceptable. Never will purchase furniture from Macys again!

Value Purchase

Product came damaged. After working with 3rd Party supplier (apparently my responsibility), and Macy's for a week I am still looking for a solution. Macy's "offshore" phone support is less than helpful. Macy's UPS return label is flawed and UPS refuses to accept (good luck getting someone on the phone to change the label). Going to haul the damaged chair back to a store to affect a return.
