You can do better

Disappointing, I can hear the fan, but it never warms up. The dogs still use it, but I have to put a blanket there for them so they can snuggle. It's a good size, it's an inch off the floor which is also good, when it's time to clean, most of it will be removable. It will probably be better in the summer to keep them cool.
