Christmas present

My son loved that it had two compartments, was masculine in appearance, and solves his shaving gear storage problem when travelling.

Inaccurate description

The toiletry bag looks ok, but I was giving it as a gift, and really did not want to give a plastic bag. The description stated it was leather. I should have known from the price, but it was a black Friday deal and was hopeful.

macys shall close all it's business

This one start is more for macys than the product. I placed my order with pick up option on 6/27, received email confirmation with the pickup window until 7/4. Then I received the cancelation email on 6/29 due to the item was not picked up during the pickup window. Does macys system know how to count the date? I called the customer support, finally reached alive person after talking to machine for 10 minutes. Unfortunately, the live person cannot do any better than the machine.
