Didn’t ship

Didn’t ship. Purchased this twice and both times it didn’t ship but I wasn’t notified about it. I had to call and ask for my money back both times. The first time they said it was damaged in transit but then it happened again. Wouldn’t purchase as they won’t send it.

Sizing is way off

The quality of the suit is good and the color is very nice. I ordered a 2T for my son knowing it may need to be hemmed a little bit. There is no way this suit is a 2T, the pants go up over his shoulders. The jacket is humongous and makes him look like a ringmaster in a circus. I do not recommend this. Maybe in larger sizes it is more accurate but not for toddlers.

Disappointed ☹️

I never received my item (the suit) for my son’s prom. This was VERY upsetting due to calling CS and they said it was delivered, tried calling the store by no one answered the phone. I drove there (Macy’s Pentagon City) to find out my ordered had not been delivered, had no tracking number, service desk could give me any information as to where my package was….I ordered May 28, went to the store on June 11 and now the system still show the suit is in transit to the store.
