Bad Customer Service

Bought this tool was sent out to me with broken parts. Call for Service and said would not be able to look at it until 9 August.That’s not good for buying it??

great bar stools

these are great stools. sturdy and strong. i like i they tuck underneath my bar and my pub table for a clean look.

Thought i was receiving two stools

I bought the bar and two stools in July. I decided i needed two more so i ordered them. However 1 came in the mail. I had to go back and review my order. The picture is definitely deceiving. why is it two stools up there ? I love my set been getting alot of compliments.

Misleading

The picture is very misleading. It clearly shows 2 Bar stools however this price is only for 1. Very disappointed with that. Also the finish of the seat is not smooth. It may be due to the cut of the wood but it is rough and will definitely snag certain material of clothing.
