Do not order

I like capes and own several. What impressed me the most is the rich color and button front as well as being hooded. I received mine through the mail today and I was totally disappointed when I tried it on. The tag stated 100% acrylic but the fabric felt scratchy and irritating to my skin. The description on the website states that it is crochet stitched around the edges. Mine does not have any stitching; actually it looks like it was scissor cut but not stitched at all. Here’s the kicker: the back is shorter than the front. After reading the positive reviews, I must say that my cape has to be defective since I can’t see anyone being satisfied with the way mine came. I will definitely return it. I hope Patricia Nash will issue me a refund very promptly.

Disappointed

Looks nothing like picture...it is a sweater..I should have read fine print..and I cant return at Macys. Not sure why this item on Macy website...not great quality.

Beautiful cape 🥰

Mine is in camel color. This is my third winter with my hooded cape and still looks like new. Quality is exceptional. I love how easy it is to wear it, and that it looks good with almost anything I am wearing. Planning on getting one in black this year.

I didn't like how it made me look overly wide. I'm top heavy so the cape drapes down all around. Excellent quality though just didn't look right

LOST ITEM

I ORDER THIS ITEM ON DEC. 31, MY CREDIT CARD WAS CHARGED AND ITEM WAS SHIPPED, BUT SINCE NOV. 1,THERE IS NO UPDATE WHEN I TRACK IT. I CALLED MACYS CUSTOMER SERVICE TWICE. THE ITEM IS SITTING IN THE POST OFFICE FOR 12 DAYS NOW. MY MACYS CREDIT CARD WAS CHARGED AND I HAVEN'T RECEIVED THE ITEM. MACYS CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TELLING ME I SHOULD WAIT!!! THE ITEM IS LOST IN THE POST OFFECR SPOATENTLY, ITS BEEN 12 DAYS AND NO UPDATE HOW MUCH LONGER SHOULD I WAIT???
