LOVE PATRICIA NASH HANDBAGS!
This is a very nice handbag. It has plenty of space to put all of your accessories without it being too gaudy or heavy. Very nice for every occasion and every day. zipper problems
I have a few of this design in different colors and the one I just got online is pretty (black) has the same zipper probably that everyone is complaining about. it is wavy and difficult to open it close. the leather will get soft in time and the side pockets will loosen up. on one of my other purses I had to cut the strap off and buy a pure leather one and clip it on. it matches but I shouldn't have to ever replace a strap. her purses used to have a lifetime warranty but now it's only one year so keep your receipts. if you register your purse in her website you will get a two year warranty. I can see why the lifetime warranty is no more. her products only last that long before things start breaking down and I have many purses so I don't use the same on all the time. I really love the size of this one so I'm going to work the zipper and may apple a little wax for a smoother zip. I wish Patricia Nash would read these reviews

Nice purse
Not the typical quality that I have come to know from Patricia Nash products. The zipper is not easy to use, and I wish that the front and back pockets were easier to get a cell phone into, not as wide as they need to be. The end pockets are not necessary. I kept it because I still like it, because of the great pockets inside and nice cross-body strap.

I do not like the purse.
The purse is very hard material, the zipper only works with much effort and the strap is fraying. I hope I can return.

Designed practical but ?
These side pockets can hold an average size cell phone and a pair of average size glasses just to keep them there. If you want to take the glasses and cell phone out, wiggle them to loosen up and manage discomfort (may even break an average size glass temple). If only the side pockets were a bit roomier, would have worked out better. (Some side pockets can be so wide; items can slip out and be lost (had lost both items with wide soft leather bags with deep but large side pockets). I would have kept it for the side pockets (most practical for me), but the inside is pretentious; may hold an average of three make-size purses with tight inconvenience. By the time you add a wallet and keys, it is not worth the tightness and inconvenience.
