Delicious crossbody in Chocolate….yum!
It’s nearly impossible to find a bag in a very dark brown but this bag in chocolate hits the spot. The leather is sumptuous and the size is practical. It fits what you need. I love having a choice of strap lengths even though I usually use the crossbody strap. A winner!

I love it! It's the perfect crossbody bag size. I have a few other Patricia Nash bags they are all beautiful :)
Decent purse, but opening not wide enough
Nice purse with good compartments, but slightly distressed looking. Also, the purse opening is not quite wide enough, so your hand scrapes against the zipper when you reach in.
Polished but Understated
I purchased this in black for my mom after having previously purchased the Nazaire for her (also in black). She liked the Nazaire in terms of size, quality, and the comfort and ease of the crossbody strap, but she was still looking for a bag that looked a little more polished, which would work for dressier occasions as well for daily use. The Arlee definitely fits the bill; the leather is smooth and supple and dressy, but the design is simple and understated. She is very happy to be able to use it either as a shoulder bag or a crossbody, and was pleasantly surprised by how much she can fit into the bag thanks to the wide base. She will be keeping both the Nazaire and the Arlee, and her matching black Nazari wallet works perfectly with either bag, which is an added bonus. I hope Patricia Nash continues to make this silhouette; I'd love to be able to buy it for other family members and friends.

Awesome Purse
It took me awhile and many bag returns until I came across this bag. It is the perfect size. Not too big and not too small. The brown color is beautiful and the leather is beautiful. I'm 5' and had issues with bags looking way too big. Tou can wear it as a crossbody or on the shoulder. It has 2 outside pockets and 2 on the inside including a zip pocket. I didn't get it on sale but it's worth evert penny. I would highly recommend.

Zipper below par, overall feel is nice
I like the look and feel of the bag well enough. The zipper is poorly assembled and can stick. And the -- I don't know what they're called -- clasps that attach the straps to the rings on the bag can easily be knocked open.
