Nice but the bag was opened

I just received and opened this package. The necklace looks fragile but it is pretty. I love it. The only problem is the top side of the bag was sealed but the end side was cut and opened when it is arrived.

Brilliant!

This chain is beautiful. It’s delicate and yet strong. The sun hits it and wow! I have the 18 inch and plan to get the 20 as soon as I can.
