What a disappointment ...

To Macy's customers: don't buy it, cause I never received. And it's Xmas gift. Customer service said "we never guaranteed you'll receive on time", even though the website said in red "arrive before 24th". To Macy's: drop this seller. I bought $150 in merchandise from them. They sent in first class mail from usps considering all the thefts happening. The carrier says my address was wrong, but I have been receiving in the same address for a couple years, no problem at all.
