Quicker to ask for a review than to deliver

I am being asked for a review and based on when Macys shows I was supposed to have them I would be able to leave one. But my items still haven’t arrived so my current review for these would be I can’t use them at all because I don’t have them. I bought the items for a trip if I get them before then I will try them if not I won’t need them and will return unopened.
