Way smaller than before

I bought two more 3-packs of the same size (XS) I bought previously, but they clearly changed their sizing. The XS is WAY smaller now — almost an inch narrower — so I can’t wear them. Didn’t realize this until after washing them, but I wouldn’t be able to return them anyway since I bought them on clearance. Pretty upsetting, to say the least.
