Great Product!

Perfect for making cookies and muffins as well as ice cream. It is very easy to use as I have arthritis in my thumbs, and this does not make my hands hurt. Great purchase.

The OXO Good Grips Classic Ice Cream Scoop has become a fantastic addition to my OXO kitchen tool set. As someone who appreciates uniformity in my kitchen gadgets, investing a little extra in this ice cream scoop for guaranteed quality and durability was a no-brainer. The stainless steel construction ensures it won't chip, pit, or rust, aligning perfectly with the high standards set by the rest of my OXO collection. Using the scoop is a breeze, thanks to the pop-up lever that releases perfect scoops of ice cream, sorbet, or sherbet with a simple press. The soft, non-slip grip on the handle absorbs pressure, making scooping even hard ice cream effortless. Unlike some other brands, this scoop glides smoothly without getting stuck during the swiping motion. The only thing I wish for is a white color option for this scoop or even an entire line of white kitchen tools from OXO. Matching my kitchen tools in white would be a dream, and I believe the OXO logo would look exceptionally clean on a white set. Despite this minor preference, the OXO Good Grips Classic Ice Cream Scoop is a top-notch product that delivers on both style and functionality.

Doesn't scrape ice cream out

The sliding bar doesn't rotate all the way around the scoop, only halfway. So it doesn't scrape the ice cream out.

Can't beat a classic design

We are milkshake people in this family so having a ice cream scoop is a must. This one has a nice grip on the handle unlike some that slip when cold and had a perfect size scoop the last one we had was just a little too big so sometimes would be too much for the mouth of the blender, so having a scoop with a perfect size is a great great plus. Easy to clean and ready in no time for the next round.
