Dough rolling bag will not lie flat for rolling

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a replacement offered for a silicone dough rolling bag which was too puffy and would not lie flat like my previous rolling bag purchase. I thought my new one was defective, but the replacement is also too puffy. Must assume it is a new OXO design which is flawed, in my opinion.
