Not Promising

I was excited when this pan arrived. Esthetically made so it didn’t take long for me to put it to the test. I am very careful with all my pots and pans. And from other reviews I only use low to medium heat and it was fine and dandy with meat crepes and stir fries. I decided to pan fry some fish fillets coated in lightly dusted cornstarch on low heat. The fish came out very crispy. But after that, some spots lost its nonstick coating and I could not use this pan for crepes again. Unfortunately, the app doesn’t allow me post a photo. Let’s just say I rarely use this pan now. And to think I almost bought the other two smaller sizes! Quite disappointed this pan didn’t even last a year.

Convex surface

Nonstick properties seem ok at this point but unfortunately the cooking surface is not flat so any oil in the pan runs right to the side of the pan. This is a common problem it seems with larger non stick pans. Very disappointing.
