When it works it's great

First one we bought we used (loved it) for about 3 months. Then the clear handle cracked at the top and it quit working. We thought we had mishandled it or done something wrong. We bought or second one. MUCH more careful, we have used this one for 6 months, this morning it cracked same place. We have no idea what is happening. We hand wash and dry. Store carefully away from things that might hit it. We are at a loss. We will not be buying another one.

Awesome but not durable

Works great, but I’ve had to have it replaced due to the handle detaching and cracking the glass. So not super durable. It says it’s dishwasher safe but it’s probably not.

Useful product, doesn't last very long

Similar problem as Robert L. Got it in Dec 2021 as a gift, it shattered this morning (April 24) so only lasted just over 2 years after using it no more than once a month (at most 24 uses). It lives in a cabinet away from sunlight and heat from the oven or stove, so that shouldn't be a factor. The spring split the top of the container where the handle attaches and the shattered pieces of plastic went everywhere. Mine broke while using it to pour batter.
