Mira pans

Very good quality pans but heavy. Also need a one and a half quart saucepan with lid

Surprisingly fragile

We were very excited to get these pans as an upgrade and in preparation for our incoming induction cooktop. The good news is that the cooked beautifully. A chicken and veggie saute with avocado oil and spices came out perfectly with no sticking. The bad news is the white residue left on the stainless pan and the etching left by a simple nylon sponge (scrub side) when I tried to get rid of it. I read the booklet to make sure the sponge scrub was ok, and it appeared to be for the stainless (not for the non-stick).

My Forever Pots and Pans Set

It’s pure genius to include a non-stick fry pan in the mix for this Stainless Steel Mira Series set. I love the weight of the pots and the tight fitting lids. Clean up has been a breeze. Soaking for a short period of time for stubborn spots releases the residue right away. Price is reasonable. Quality is there. I have been using this set for about a month.
