Excellent but…

Coffee is much better with this water tank but the small holes in the tank got bigger and bigger with use by pouring boiling water on it. I wish it was made with a more resistant material like stainless steel. I still use it and love it but the water goes much faster now the the holes are bigger.

Great purchase

This is a handy, easy to use and clean. My daughter uses one as well. Makes a great cup of coffee in a matter of minutes. Easy to store.

great design, great coffee

The tank that's placed at the top lets her pour in the hot water and then simply wait--and the distribution of that hot water over the grounds is SO much better than the device she had been using. Easy to use, retains heat

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good product overall. Still needs size 2 filter. It retains heat, fits well , and is well built. It is dishwasher safe as well. I wish they had reusable or built-in filters.
