Disappointed

Excellent replacement process

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a replacement for a model that broke after over 5 years. The new model has a different material in the seam where the previous model broke. The whole process was easy & quick.

Continuously melts and flakes at edge

On our third one, we use for cooking eggs on non-stick griddle. The edge constantly melts and flakes presenting a danger to the food. If they allowed images I would post them.

Disintegrating after a handful of uses.

I've read other complaints stating the same - I believe there to be a quality control issue with these black materialed utensils. There's flaking, black material at the tips and it was easily marked/scratched by simply flipping bacon. Company refused to replace all black materialed utensils. Will never buy OXO nylon items again.
