Floor duster

Lack of information!!

I ordered the product in 10/28/2024 and on 10/30/2024 I received an update that said shipped. Unfortunately to date 11/08/2024 I haven’t received any further updates neither have I received the items.

Fringe Unnecessary

I already told you before. When you have to vacuum the mop after you use it; it seems counterintuitive. I think the fringe is a waste of time because of that. My very old mop didn’t have fringe and cleaned up easily….no vacuum necessary 👎! I love your products but the fringe, which is great at picking up but not so easy to remove dust from the mop.
