Worked well. . when it worked. .

This grinder did really well for about a year or so and then started sounding higher pitched and didn’t grind as much at once as it used to. I cleaned it several times and still the same issue. Guessing it’s a motor issue? Idk. Pretty expensive for a 1 year grinder.

A very lucky upgrade

I switched from Cuisinart because I didn't like the way that company did business--and I'm so grateful I did. Otherwise I might not have checked out this coffee grinder, which is better than my old Cuisinart one in every way: quieter, more consistent grind, more grind settings, better design (and more attractive), no static on the canister that traps fine grounds. A fantastic product.
