Mine broke and the lid will not shut only after owning less than a month. I wanted to love this so much but it's not very good quality.

Defective button

I wanted to love this cup. It keeps my water cold and it’s so pretty. But my button to open is defective and keeps popping out of place. My dad tried fixing it and it nearly blinded him when it popped out with vengeance. I emailed Customer care and they never responded. I also Don’t like that it doesn’t fit in the cup holder and doesn’t have a handle.

Other occasion to buy:Right out of the box the spring popped off when I pressed the button to open the spout. Put it back together and it fell apart when I pressed the button to open it. My first Owala purchase will be my last. Overpriced junk.
