Disappointed

Bought this water bottle for my hubby 3 months ago and he never used it until about 2.5months after. He noticed that when he open the nozzle he was unable to close it back. As you see in the picture that little button to press to open to get to the mouth piece keeps falling off. Unfortunately it’s out of the window to return the bottle so we are pretty much stuck with an expensive garbage.

Just what the doctor ordered

Through blood test, I have been diagnosed with dehydration. The Owala has been a tremendous help. The water stays cold and the built-in straw is so easy to use

Poor Packaging

I would have loved this cup but unfortunately when I received it, it was damaged. I contacted Macys about the poor packaging and damaging my cup they said they would send another one unfortunately they did not do that. I received credit on my card which I would have rather had a new replacement cup wrapped in bubble wrap instead of one piece of brown paper on top.

Great water bottle! Perfect gift for fathers day!

I have tried several water bottles and what I love about this brand is the versatility in being able to drink from the straw or open mouth pour. I also enjoy the slightly larger straw size which makes it easier to get more water per drink.
